3 AA Rosette Chef Colin Nicholson strives to showcase the best of what the West Coast of Scotland has to offer, using sustainable and seasonal produce sourced locally where possible. Our daily changing six course tasting menu features carefully selected ingredients, while using the finest techniques to bring you a culinary dining experience to remember. Our experienced front of house team led by Jessica Thompson, whose knowledge and passion will add a professional touch to your dining experience. A carefully selected wine list and friendly service will complete a delightful evening in our vibrant restaurant.
Dinner is served from 6.30pm – 8.30pm
We are delighted to have a few tables available each evening throughout the season for non-residents to enjoy our dining experience.
We welcome a smart casual and formal dress code in the restaurant to tie in with the elegant surroundings.
We kindly ask that you inform us of all allergy or dietary requirements when making a booking or at least 48 hours in advance to allow us enough time to prepare a menu for you. Due to our remote location and small team, notice of any requirements is essential to avoid disappointment.
