The two AA rosette restaurant is overseen by chef patron, Colin Nicholson who strives to showcase the best of what the West Coast of Scotland has to offer, using sustainable and seasonal produce sourced locally where possible. You can choose from a daily changing five or eight course tasting menu that features carefully selected ingredients using the finest techniques to bring guests a culinary dining experience to remember.
The professional front-of-house team will ensure your comfort is priority during your time at Mingary Castle. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion for Scottish produce, the team will dedicate their time to making your experience as memorable as the dishes presented with a touch of luxury.
Dinner service is from 6.30pm – 8.30pm, daily. We are now offering a Lunch Table d’hote menu, which is served every Sunday 12.30pm – 3pm, bookings must be made in advance.
