We’re pleased to share that Mingary Castle has been awarded a 5-star gold rating from the AA grading team and 2 AA-rosettes for the restaurant. AA said: The physical product of the property does surpass all expectations which is always a delight to see. Very good housekeeping & attention to detail in all areas noted. This was a wonderful stay with high standards of hospitality &service at all points of the visit.

This has been a goal of ours since opening and to be recognised on our first inspection against the highest standards makes all the hard work worth it. We’re so proud of our team for what we have achieved and look forward to what our next chapter brings.
